This is a full set of four D'addario Titanium series ukulele strings for soprano ukes, tuned GCEA with a high G.

D'addario Titanium series strings are a very modern sounding string. They are dark and moody, with lots of volume and a percussive attack that makes them suitable for the latest styles of playing. Watch a top player doing a 'My Guitar Gently Weeps' performance and you'll see the short, sharp strum style and fast finger movements. D'addario Titanium series strings are lovely and smooth, facilitating those fast finger movements, while the attack is quite loud (the sound made when your fingers first come into contact with the string). After that initial attack the sound is relatively mellow and deep - certainly not tinny or over-bright.

These Titanium strings feel like nylon, super-smooth and with a very slight purple tinge (otherwise they are see-through). The gauges are G .29, C .40, E .33 and A.28. As the name might suggest, they are not made of titanium, but that is a nod towards the polished feel of the strings under your fingers.
