Electro tenor ukuleles aren't that common and this Kala KA-TEME is amongst the cheapest of them, but that shouldn't put you off because it is really rather good.

Not only is it a looker, with its rich golden patterned exotic laminate mahogany body, but it has a really sweet tone with plenty of sustain. It is fitted with Aquila strings, has a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and a Kala EQ system with built in tuner. Acoustically it holds its own and amplified, it only enhances the experience. Worth every penny, in our book.
