This a great value solid top tenor electro ukulele, fitted with Fishman active EQ and pickup. It comes complete with a nice range of extras that actually enhance the package as a whole - rather than, as most packs do, offer you cheap bits and pieces to add to the perceived value. In fact, this little bundle offers a nice uke with nice extras.

The ukulele itself has a solid spruce top, which offers a bold and loud sound, a tone which also has a bright attack thanks to the fitted Aquila strings. In short, the tone is well balanced between the distinct highs and increased depth from the tonewood. It is fitted with a Fishman Kula preamp and pickup, a very decent bit of kit from a trusted brand. This has built in tuner as well as bass, middle, treble and volume controls.

Although not so much a necessity, the inclusion of a custom made and fitted detachable feedback eliminator is a nice touch, and handy to have in your bag if you're performing on stage. Leave it fitted when not plugged in and it almost operates as a 'uke mute', reducing the acoustic volume quite a bit, for quiet practice. The bag itself is a super padded Boston model, with 25mm padding - very robust and resistant to all but the most violent of knocks. There is a spare set of Aquila tenor strings and a 10 foot jack to jack lead. A pro-quality Hi-Attaque lead too - not some cheapo giveaway! There are three leather picks if you use them, also.

What this pack gives you is really great value, from a decent, solid top uke, with extras that are handy rather than 'padding'.
