When set-up in our work-shop this instrument is a very good choice.

This instrument is of remarkable value! It conforms to the proper specifications in terms of correct measurements and use of woods (see article on student violins) It is well finished, light to play and has a reasonable case and bow.

As with all violins in this price catagory, the fittings are of stained hardwood, rather than ebony or rosewood. However, for a beginner instrument, this compromise is more than adequate.

We set up these violins in our workshop and send them ready to play.
