This is a 14" baton from the famous manufacturer, Mollard. The Mollard company is known for its fine batons and has offered up a product here which retains the renowned quality  while injecting a bit of fun into proceedings. The mangled use of English to create the brand name 'Brite stix' can be ignored (hopefully!). It has a 14" light hardwood shaft and an easy-to-grip cork handle - with counterbalancing for a good, natural feel.
