This is a very good quality Ozark flat-back octave mandola, constructed with a selected solid spruce front and mahogany back / sides. Tuning G D A E. This is the new model Octave Mandola from Ozark, with a very attractive celtic knot soundhole design and matching fingerboard inlays. Overall, it plays very well and it's a classy-looking instrument - complete with padded gig bag. The scale length is 510mm. This instrument is sometimes referred to as a Octave Mandolin.
