The Ozark 2243 bouzouki features Ozark's distinctive Celtic knot sound hole design with matching wooden fingerboard inlays. This high quality instrument is made of solid wood construction with a selected close grain solid spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides for a strong, lively tone.  It is fitted with a diecast tailpiece for ease of string-changing and avoiding the rattles you can sometimes get from a chrome covered tailpiece. The bouzouki has a satin finish which enhances the natural beauty of the wood and a mahogany neck with 23 fret rosewood fingerboard.
