The Ozark 2141G is an fantastic all-round banjo that works well in a session or on stage. It is modelled on the pre-war Gibson Mastertone, and features 3-ply rim, bell brass tone ring, cast brass flange and "clamshell" tailpiece, based closely on the Gibson original. The rock maple construction and heavy bell brass tone ring on this banjo provide a loud, bright and clear tone. The Resonator is constructed from maple, and finished in beautiful "tiger-tail" flamed maple veneer in "gibson-style" brown mahogany finish.

The neck is a 3 piece opposing grain design, with two pieces of solid maple and a central ebony veneer. This is a "no warp" design, and the neck is also fitted with a steel truss rod. The neck is attached using twin "gibson-style" lag bolts, and twin co-ordinating rim rods offer extremely fine action adjustment. The fingerboard is fully bound, and features vintage style abalone pearl inlays and subtle black position markers. The high quality geared tuners are heavily chrome plated to match the rest of the chromed hardware.
