Rico 'Orange Box' clarinet reeds have always been our best-selling reeds. They are well-liked by students and jazz musicians for their free vibration and ease of playing which results from their thinner, unfiled vamp cut.

Rico grow all their own reed cane in France and Argentina, controlling the entire process from harvesting to final manufacture and packing. Since being acquired by the D'Addario group in 2004 , significant investment has been made in new machinery which ensures the highest standards of quality control.
