Although colour is stunning, the first thing to say about this flute is that it is a good quality student instrument, not just a toy. The dark purple finish contrasts nicely with the silver-plated keywork, and the purple theme continues on to the case which comes with a purple case cover. The Vivace flute in purple is a well respected student instrument, each one carefully checked in the UK workshops before dispatch. The outfit includes the flute, quality hardcase and cleaning rod.

Please note: it is no longer possible to get "grade 1" versions of these flutes, only "grade 2". They are manufactured just as well, but the purple paint is patchy - darker in some places and lighter in others.
