This instrument presents a good challenge to the dominant position of Stentor cellos. Standing slightly lower than halfway in terms of price, the Vivente cello has many attributes.
The spruce table is made from selected tonewoods and the pegs and fingerboard are solid ebony. The instrument has a light alloy tailpiece with 4 integral adjusters, making it ideal for students. The strings on the instrument are quite adequate but better strings will improve the tone ( see our upgraded choice.)

The outfit comes with a very smart and well-made gig bag and a brazil-wood bow.
